ORDER PROCESSING

We’re committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible, but over busy periods there may be delays. Please allow 3–5 days to process your order, and expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way.

Currently, it is only possible for UK customers to checkout from The MBUK Shop. Other markets will open in the future.

Print on Demand Products

Print on demand products are fulfilled and despatched straight from our UK printer, and shipping prices for these items are calculated during the checkout process. 
Shipping prices will vary depending on number of products ordered, method of delivery selected and the delivery address. Print on demand products are highlighted in product descriptions.

At this time, we do not offer shipping on these items outside of the UK.

Non print on demand products

All non-print on demand products are shipped from the MBUK Shop office in the UK and, at this time, we do not offer shipping on these items outside of the UK.

Shipping for the Tour de France Guides and Cycling Bundle is via Evri’s 2-3 day tracked service.

United Kingdom

  • Free standard UK delivery when you spend £75
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.99 (Delivered 2–5 days)
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.99 (Delivered 1–3 days)
  • Evri 2-3 day Tracked: £2.80 (Delivered 2–3 days)

MISSING OR LOST ORDERS

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at shop@mbuk.com.

  • If an order is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
  • If tracking confirms the parcel as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the courier.

ORDER ERRORS & FAULTY ITEMS

We carefully check all orders before dispatch, but if you receive an incorrect or faulty item:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any postage costs if a return is required.
  • To report an issue, please email shop@mbuk.com with your order details and a description (including photos, if possible) of the issue.
