Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For sale items, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mbuk.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MBUK Shop, Our Media Eagle House Bristol BS1 4ST UK.
If your return is accepted, the cost of the return postage is your responsibility so we would recommend using a tracked parcel delivery service to provide proof of delivery as we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shop@mbuk.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide details of your order, including your full name, delivery address and order number, and photographic evidence of the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift card terms & conditions
- Gift cards are digital products delivered digitally by email. Choose from set denominations (£10, £20, £50, £60, £100) or enter a custom value during the checkout process.
- Gift cards are only redeemable on www.shop.mbuik.com by entering the unique code at the MBUK Shop checkout.
- Each gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift card balances can be redeemed across multiple orders until the full balance is used. If your total order value exceeds the balance of the gift card, the difference can be paid using another payment method.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the balance of the refund will be credited back to the same card.
- You cannot use gift cards to buy other gift cards.
- Unless clearly stated, MBUK Shop discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases.
- If you lose your gift card email, please contact shop@mbuk.com and we will be happy to resend your gift card.
